Unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine in the first degree
- NY PL § 220.75
- You commit the crime of unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine in the first degree when you commit the crime of unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine in the second degree and have been convicted of one of the following crimes within the past five (5) years:

- Unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine in the second degree; or
